Position
This position will support NorthStar’s Beloit, WI campus with primary responsibility for Project Engineer/Project Management for facility construction, large utility projects, and process equipment installation interface. This position will act as the responsible engineer for executing facilities projects via the NorthStar Facilities Project Delivery process (FPD). All projects and duties will be completed in compliance with applicable cGMP, FDA, OSHA, applicable building code, and all other regulatory agency standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the planning, construction, and commissioning of manufacturing facilities and utility systems using the FPD process.
- Lead the planning, approval, and execution of complex or multi-trade construction projects requiring engineering design by outside consultants or contractors.
- Manage the integration and installation of complex process equipment that is integral with the facility construction/expansion.
- Effectively communicate to NorthStar staff to reduce and minimize impacts of facilities projects to business operations.
- Maintain current and accurate facilities drawings that accurately show any modifications, alterations or improvements to the facilities or utility systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and six or more years of experience in a construction project engineer or project manager role. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience in FDA regulated industry preferred.

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes is headquartered in Beloit, Wis. This location is our primary manufacturing site and accommodates all of our corporate functions. Beloit has small city charm, with a lively and renovated downtown, yet is also close to cities such as Madison, Milwaukee, Chicago, and Rockford.
