Systems Administrator, QMS

Administration, implementation, and maintenance of the eQMS system.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implementation and maintenance of new and existing modules within eQMS.
- Integrate eQMS system with the appropriate related subsystems.
- Partner with eQMS partners to maximize the utility of the system to the needs of the businsess.
- Lead others in the management of eQMS systems.
- Provide technical support of the system, troubleshoot issues, and work to resolve them internally.
- Work with MasterControl, Inc. to resolve issues as needed.
- Work with internal customers to ensure modules are functioning as desired.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 or more years of experience in eQMS system administration, preferably with MasterControl; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience providing technical support (configuration/development) preferred. Working knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes ICH Q7/21CFR210/211/820/11.
NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes is headquartered in Beloit, Wis. This location is our primary manufacturing site and accommodates all of our corporate functions. Beloit has small city charm, with a lively and renovated downtown, yet is also close to cities such as Madison, Milwaukee, Chicago, and Rockford.
