Chris Hart Joins NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC as Vice President, Human Resources

BELOIT, Wis., April 15, 2025 – NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC, a global innovator in the development, production and commercialization of radiopharmaceuticals used for therapeutic applications and medical imaging, announced that Chris Hart, JD has joined the company as Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, Hart will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that reflect NorthStar’s culture and support the company’s mission and objectives. Hart will also oversee the company’s recruitment, talent management, and retention programs to help NorthStar attract and retain a skilled workforce.

Hart brings over 15 years of HR management experience to NorthStar, serving in leadership positions in the commercial plumbing and electrical industries. In these roles, Hart has managed large HR teams and successfully led key strategic HR disciplines such as talent acquisition and management, labor and employment relations, and field human resources.

Hart holds a Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law, a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
