Gauri Gupta Joins NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC as Vice President, Chief of Staff
BELOIT, Wis., August 7, 2025 – NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, LLC, a global innovator in the development, production and commercialization of radiopharmaceuticals used for therapeutic applications and medical imaging, announced that Gauri Gupta has joined the company as Vice President, Chief of Staff.
In this role, Gupta will work closely with the CEO and NorthStar executive leadership, to advance key strategic initiatives, oversee change management efforts and ensure alignment across the company’s most critical priorities. Among her key responsibilities, Gupta will serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and the executive team, helping drive cross-functional execution and change management, ensure smooth communications and accelerate high-impact transformation efforts across the organization.
Gupta brings with her more than 15 years of experience in top-tier management consulting and business transformation. She spent several years at McKinsey & Company in roles of increasing responsibility, after which she led an operational transformation team at CVS Caremark. Most recently, she was a Partner at Sandbox Industries, a corporate venture capital firm, where she founded and led its Advisory business, providing business consulting services specializing in growth and innovation to healthcare companies.

Gupta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Manufacturing Processes and Automation from the University of Delhi, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
